Much of Catherine Deeter's artwork reflects the beauty, joy and charm of the world of nature (in all its life forms), elegantly stylized—often with touches of whimsy, or absurdity (not unlike Catherine's large and fanciful “real life” garden prominently featured in major magazines).
Her packaging and label art (for Celestial Seasonings, Glade, Johnson and Johnson, Suave, Heinz, The Spice Hunter, Sunkist logo, etc.) regularly adorn supermarket shelves, while Catherine's book publishing work includes cover art for top mystery writers and illustrating three award-winning picture books by Pulitzer-prize winning author, Alice Walker.
Catherine also welcomes design and conceptual work in the licensing arena, and both 2-D and 3-D product development for the gift industry.
